In 2008, CEVA (Center for Education and Volunteer Activities) & Chhoti Si Asha came together for a street play – Khichdi . The comic parody follows the travails of an individual who is asked by people to mindlessly parrot a particular phrase (such as “jo inke saath hua, woh sabke saath ho” etc.) which though appropriate in a particular situation becomes completely inappropriate when mouthed in another. The protagonist gets repeatedly flogged while trying to follow what others wish of him – only to realize in the end the futility of mindless pursuit. This theatre done in Nautanki style was also performed at national theatre festival in New Delhi to great reviews.
We are delighted with Chhoti Si Asha and the beautiful bags that they have delivered. They were very quick in picking up our needs and managed in extremely short time to get our job done. Their way of cooperation and driving things is outstanding. They delivered jute bags which not only met our requirements, but surpassed them. We are very pleased with their service levels – they are always at the end of the phone. I’ve been really, really impressed with the level of customer service they have provided to date. I would recommend Chhoti Si Asha to anyone who needs people who are capable to manage complex projects and sales opportunities as well as intensive customer approaches. I will always recommend Chhoti Si Asha whenever I can and the work that CSA is doing is really commendable.

Once we heard about the mission of Chhoti Si Asha, my husband and I were very determined to help the organization in every possible way. While we were planning a personal ceremony this summer, it suddenly occured to us that we could use Chhoti Si Asha as a resource for our gift bags. The entire transaction including brainstorming ideas for design, picking fabric, and determining logistics, was extremely smooth and pleasant. I would like to compliment not only the coordinators for providing great customer experience but also the ladies responsible for making the bags – they did such an awesome job in creating a product that was exactly what I had in mind.

It was a pleasure to get the files and bags made from Chhoti Si Asha. The ethnic products that we ordered for our seminar were very well made, beautifully and aesthetically designed, reasonably priced and delivered in time. I appreciate the efforts of this NGO to give dignity and pride to the street kids by involving them in constructive activity.
